Two thousand Leaving Cert results upgraded on appeal
10/10/2007 - 07:17:13More than 2,000 results in this year's Leaving Cert exams have reportedly been upgraded after appeals.
Reports this morning say figures from the State Examinations Commission show more than 5,500 people lodged appeals against more than 10,000 grades.
The results of the appeals will be available today either through schools or via the www.examinations.ie website.
Anyone who wants to view their re-marked papers must apply to do so by the end of the week.
