Survey: Parents want Educate Together secondary schools
29/07/2010 - 13:45:07Up to 90% of parents whose children attend Educate Together primary schools say they would prefer to continue their education under that ethos at second level.
A survey carried out in 2008 of sixth class pupils in Educate Together schools shows that there was limited post-primary places available for them.
Their parents also reported difficulties in gaining access to some Catholic-run secondary schools and VEC community colleges.
