Police look into Miller allegations
21/04/2005 - 10:46:04Police are to investigate allegations that Wolves striker Kenny Miller made obscene gestures and used abusive language towards Coventry fans.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred during the clubs’ 2-2 draw at Highfield Road last week.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “The situation is that we’re aware of an allegation relating to a public order matter.
“We will be looking into the circumstances surrounding that allegation. But as yet no formal complaint has been made.”
