Opposition calls for more time to debate Nama

Both main Opposition parties have today called for more time to debate the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) bill.

The debate on the legislation to set up Nama is to draw to a close at 8pm this evening.

But both Fine Gael and Labour say that is not enough time to discuss changes made to the controversial bill.

However, the Tánaiste Mary Coughlan says enough time has already been allowed.
