No legal action by North's first minister
30/08/2008 - 10:15:29The North's first minister, Peter Robinson, said he will not take legal action against Sinn Féin, provided a policy document is changed and all references to "the North" - as opposed to "Northern Ireland" - are re-instated.
The row blew up when some references were changed after the report had been approved by the power-sharing executive.
Mr Robinson said once a document is agreed, it cannot be changed.
