Nama gets passed into law
12/11/2009 - 17:53:17The Dáil and Seanad have both passed the National Assets Management Agency legislation.
The Oireachtas has now officially given the green light for €54bn of taxpayers' money to be spent sorting out the banks.
The Bill now goes to the President to be signed into law allowing for the National Asset Management Agency to be formally established.
