ISPCA urges people to keep animals indoors
31/10/2009 - 15:33:39The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is urging people to bring their pets indoors early tonight.
Halloween night can be a very distressing time for animals with the noise from fireworks and loud bangs very frightening.
Pet owners are being advised to keep their animals inside, away from all the commotion.
