Irish punters offered free Cheltenham bets
11/03/2010 - 18:13:22Irish bookmaker Paddy Power is to offer free €2 bets for Irish punters who purchase Beamish stout during the upcoming Cheltenham horse racing festival, it was announed today.
More than 200 Irish pubs close to Paddy Power outlets are participating, according to the organisers.
"Beamish is a firm supporter of racing in Ireland and it only feels right that a pint of this fine stout comes with the opportunity to win with a bet in Paddy Power," said Thomas Brady, Beamish brand manager.
Paddy Power of Paddy Power said: "This Beamish promotion gives Irish racing fans the extra push to the finish line for this year’s Cheltenham Festival."
The promotion takes place between March 16-19 in selected pubs.
