Geraghty mulls over National decision

Barry Geraghty has yet to decide on a partner for the John Smith’s Grand National at Aintree.

The Irish rider will weigh up his options after completing his preparations for the four-and-a-half mile marathon tomorrow.

“Barry has yet to make his mind up but we will have a better idea of where we stand early next week,” said his agent Ciaran O’Toole.

Geraghty won the Aintree feature aboard Monty’s Pass in 2003 and rode the same horse in the last two renewals of the great race – finishing fourth in 2004, and 16th behind Hedgehunter last year.
