Gardaí pick over Wicklow body scene
05/11/2005 - 09:03:19A technical examination is resuming today in Wicklow where the body of a young man was found yesterday morning.
Gardaí say a murder investigation is underway following the discovery on the side of the road between Glendalough and Hollywood by a passing motorist.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy has completed a post mortem examination but the results will not been released for operational reasons.
Gardaí believe the man was shot at the scene.
The man, who is understood to be in his 20's, has not yet been identified.
