Gallagher's tirade at Lyla release
14/04/2005 - 11:25:27Outspoken Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher is furious with music giants Sony for releasing Lyla as a single against the band's wishes.
The rockers intended to release a different track from their forthcoming album Don't Believe The Truth, but label bosses had other ideas.
The fuming frontman says: "If it was up to the band, that wouldn't be the single. It was the powers that be, whoever they f**king are, that decided the first single.
"It's a f**king scandal that as the leader of this group I don't get to pick what our fans hear first."
