Cruz to attend festival film show
21/10/2008 - 08:13:18Penelope Cruz will attend the screening of Woody Allen’s latest comedy drama 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' today.
The movie, which also stars Scarlett Johansson and Rebecca Hall, is showing as part of the BFI 52nd London Film Festival.
The story concerns the tangled love lives of Americans abroad in Barcelona.
Cruz plays Maria, the tempestuous ex-wife of a free-spirited artist in the film, which is directed by Allen and showed at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.
The Sky Gala screening is taking place in London’s Leicester Square.
