CIF making pre-Budget submission
09/11/2009 - 07:30:38The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) is making its pre-Budget submission to the Department of Finance this morning.
Latest figures from the construction sector show that activity in the area continues to fall at a considerable pace.
In its submission, the CIF will outline a range of proposals aimed at rescuing the industry.
Some of the recommendations include incentives for first-time buyers and an overhaul of the planning system.
