Embattled Fine Gael leader John Bruton has now said the future roles of Michael Noonan and Jim Mitchell under his stewardship will depend on what they have to offer during tomorrow's debate.

Deputy Bruton, who remains confident of successfully defending his position, said he plans to have discussions with both men after the vote, provided of course, that he is victorious.
