£70,000 of industrial tools taken in Limerick raid

Gardai in Co Limerick are investigating the theft of £70,000 worth of aircraft tools.

Gardai in Co Limerick are investigating the theft of £70,000 worth of aircraft tools.

The equipment was in a white Mercedes lorry taken from outside a house near Bruree.

The truck is believed to have been driven by the thieves towards the main Limerick-Cork road.

The contents included air tools, impact tools, hydraulic pressure equipment and an assortment of sockets.
