Shuttle and space station dock without hitch
The space shuttle Atlantis has successfully docked with the International Space Station.
Both crews are now orbiting in a single, joined craft.
After an official welcome ceremony, the astronauts will prepare to lift the multi-million dollar Destiny lab into place.
The lab will provide the control and science centres of the orbiting space station.
