Three health workers suspended
Three Midland Health Board staff in Co Longford have been suspended from work.
It happened after six mentally disabled patients in their care were left unattended outside a shopping centre during an outing to Dublin.
In a statement, the Health Board said, while the patients came to no harm, it was not in accordance with the board's policy.
