Suspect device found in Co Derry

A suspicious device has been found near the village of Kilrea in Co Derry.

A suspicious device has been found near the village of Kilrea in Co Derry.

It was found near shops on a crossroads outside the village and the British Army bomb squad has been called to the scene.

Last week a six-year-old boy found a pipe bomb in the same area.

Meanwhile, a fourth person has been arrested in Coleraine in connection with loyalist attacks in the area. Three men were arrested at their homes earlier today.

All four are being questioned about serious crime in the area.
