Drink driving 'still a concern'
Assistant Garda Commissioner John O'Mahoney said today though drink driving is not as big a problem now as it was five years ago, it is still a concern.
"There is some indication that with some of the other nationalities, that just as there is a culture of speed here, there is also a huge culture of speed and drink driving in those nationalities."
