Zurich Insurance creates over 100 jobs in Dublin

More than a hundred new hi-tech, high-value jobs are being created in Dublin.

The Zurich Insurance Group is opening two IT hubs, and has already started recruiting people to work in areas from change management, cyber analysts and disaster recovery specialists.

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said the hubs, which will provide services to Zurich customers globally and in Europe, are "excellent news for Dublin and Ireland".

Sales management software company OnePageCRM announced it is creating 12 new jobs at its headquarters in Galway.

The positions will be in engineering roles for web and mobile technology, digital marketing and customer support.

The new jobs came about thanks to a €575,000 investment programme supported by Enterprise Ireland and other investors.
