Woman seriously hurt in Rialto assault, man arrested
A man has been arrested after a woman was attacked in Dublin in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The 28-year-old victim suffered serious head injuries during the incident which happened at a house on Reuben Walk in Rialto.
The woman is being treated at Beaumont hospital.
A man in his twenties is being questioned at Kevin Street garda station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
The scene of the incident has been preserved for a technical examination.
