In the North, a woman has died after being knocked down by a bus in Lisburn.

In the North, a woman has died after being knocked down by a bus in Lisburn.

The operator, Translink, confirmed there had been a fatal accident at the town's bus station on Smithfield Street just before 10.30 this morning.

The bus depot has been temporarily closed and an investigation is now under way.
