A woman in her 40s is being detained by gardaí in Limerick in connection with the murder of 65-year-old Paddy Redmond in the city last month.
Mr Redmond, who was originally from Dublin, was found dead from stab wounds at an apartment on Dock Road on November 10.
The woman in her 40s was arrested yesterday afternoon and is being held at Henry Street Garda station in Limerick.
