Wicklow: Man remanded on gun-possession charge
A man has been remanded in custody after he appeared before Bray district court in Wicklow tonight charged with possessing a gun and ammunition.
The 32-year-old was arrested last Thursday after gardaí stopped a car at Sidmonton Square in Bray and discovered the gun and a quantity of ammunition.
The man is due before Cloverhill Court in Dublin next Friday.
