Irish Water contractors are in a stand-off with water charge protestors in Dublin.
There are around 60 protesters in Donaghmede who Irish Water says are preventing 90 contractor staff from carrying out work in the Grange Road area.
The contractors have 13 vans parked on Grange Road and local protesters have stood in front of them stopping them from moving.
Up to 10 gardaí are on the scene as there is a High Court order warning protesters not to interfere.
A number of water protesters are before the High Court today accused of breaching orders not to interfere with the installation of meters.
