Volunteers depart for Gaza

Four teams of volunteers are leaving Ireland for Gaza today to deliver ambulances and humanitarian aid.

Four teams of volunteers are leaving Ireland for Gaza today to deliver ambulances and humanitarian aid.

The groups, from Tyrone, Galway, Dublin, Derry and Cork hope to raise awareness of the plight of those living in the Gaza strip.

They will join up with other volunteers in London and hope to reach their destination on December 27.
