Varadkar set to reveal new clamping Bill
The clamping industry is set to be regulated for the first time under draft laws due to be published this morning.
It is expected the Bill will also include an €80 cap on clamp release fees.
The Bill, which Transport Minister Leo Varadkar is publishing this morning, will allow drivers to appeal the clamp fees.
