Up to 10cm of snow forecast for Ulster and Leinster

Motorists are being advised to drive with extreme care this evening, as Met Eireann is forecasting up to ten centimetres of snow in some parts.

North Leinster and east Ulster will be worst affected.

The weather is continuing to play havoc on the country's roads, with two landslides reported in Wicklow and Louth.

The left lane of the M1 Belfast/Dublin Rd northbound remains closed at J20 Jonesborough due to a landslide.



Twenty Bends in Enniskerry is closed due to a landslide following flooding.
