The various disputes surround the Lansdowne Road Agreement and the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (FEMPI) Act 2015.
IMPACT general secretary Shay Cody has said that the Lansdowne Road deal was fair and reasonable at the time, and he is encouraging other unions to be pragmatic.
"It wasn't an ideal agreement from the point of view of all workers and all unions, but a pragmatic approach was that it was a step along the road," he said.
"And we fully believe that in the colander year 2017, we will be in another round of negotiations with the Government, and the endgame of those negotiations is to seek to reach agreement on the full unwinding of the financial emergency legislation for everybody."
