Unemployed urged to attend Dublin careers roadshow
Jobseekers are being invited to a careers roadshow in Dublin today.
The HEA Springboard Roadshow 2012 will take place in the Convention Centre from 10am to 6pm today. Admission is free.
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) will use the day to highlight the 220 Springboard courses they are involved in nationwide - all of them open to unemployed people.
Representatives from the colleges themselves will be on hand to talk to people who are interested in their courses.
A similar event will take place at the Imperial Hotel, South Mall, Cork on Thursday August 16, from 2-8pm.
