Gardaí have released two men they had been questioning in connection with the death of a teenager in Limerick eight years ago.

Gardaí have released two men they had been questioning in connection with the death of a teenager in Limerick eight years ago.

The pair, aged in their 30's and 40's, were detained in the city yesterday morning.

19-year-old Jeffrey Hannan's body was found in a field next to his parents' house on November 22, 2007.

The men have been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
