Two people killed in Cork and Waterford car crashes

At least two people have died in separate road accidents in Co Cork and Co Waterford.

At least one person was also killed in a crash in the Lemybrien area of Co Waterford just after 7am this morning.

The accident is believed to have involved a car and a truck, but no further details are available.

Meanwhile, a 77-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision between two vehicles at Scart Baun, in the Bantry area of Co Cork, at around 11pm last night.
