Two out of five will dispute property tax value, survey says

Two out of five homeowners plan to dispute the value of their property tax by Revenue, according to a new survey.

42% of the 1,500 people surveyed by myhome.ie intend to go with a lower value for their home.

The study also shows that more than half, or 57%, are not happy with the value of their property given by the Revenue.

The deadline to pay the tax online is just over two weeks away, on May 28.
