Three men are due in court in Mauritius this morning charged in connection with the murder of Michaela McAreavey.
The men - who are aged between 28 and 30 - are staff at the hotel where the newlywed had been staying with her husband John McAreavey on their honeymoon.
Two are room attendants and one is a hotel supervisor.
It is understood two of them will be charged with murder and one with conspiracy to murder.
They were due in court this morning at 7am but proceedings have been delayed.
It is believed the daughter of Tyrone GAA manager, Mickey Harte was strangled after she disturbed an intruder in her bedroom.
Her husband, Down footballer John McAreavey, was downstairs in the hotel when she was attacked.
