Two men are expected to appear before Blanchardstown District Court in Dublin this morning charged in connection with the seizure of cannabis and other drugs with a street value of €600,000.

Two men are expected to appear before Blanchardstown District Court in Dublin this morning charged in connection with the seizure of cannabis and other drugs with a street value of €600,000.

The men - who are both in their 30s - were arrested after gardaí stopped a truck and a car on St Margaret's Road in Finglas on Saturday evening.

100kgs of cannabis resin and over 40 thousand prescription drugs were discovered during the operation.
