It was this time last year we were all introduced to Tríona Priestley, a 15-year-old girl suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
You might remember that Tríona's dying wish was for Ed Sheeran to sing to her.
This wish lead to her supportive friends starting an online campaign to contact the singer, using the hashtag #songfortri.
Triona’s wish was granted when Ed rang and sang to her shortly before her death, making one of her biggest dreams come true.

Later that day Tríona passed away.
Marking Tríona first anniversary yesterday, her family released a short message from Tríona complied from a collection of vlogs from her phone, laptop and tablet.
The five minute video show’s Triona strength and determination to beat CF everyday of her life and appreciate every moment she has.
“I appreciate so much in life. Like breathing. Every breath I acknowledge, I cherish,” she says.
The teen also highlights to awareness of organ donation, something she stressed is close to her heart, the heart of her family and her “second family”.
