Tipperary: Major fire at the Bord na Móna briquette factory
There has been a major fire at the Bord na Móna briquette factory in Co Tipperary.
It is understood the blaze broke out in the early hours of this morning at the building in Littleton in Thurles.
It took firefighters several hours to tackle the fire, which has now been extinguished.
There are no reports of any injuries.
An investigation has been launched to find out what caused the blaze, but at this stage gardaí say they are not treating it as suspicious.
