In the North, officers investigating the murder of a Monaghan man have arrested a fourth person.

19-year-old Jason McGovern died after being assaulted twice at two separate venues in Omagh, Co. Tyrone on Sunday.

A 19-year-old man - who is from the Omagh area - was arrested by the PSNI this evening.

This brings to three the number of people in police custody in relation to the incident.

A 17-year-old boy was detained in Omagh earlier today, while an 18-year-old man who was arrested yesterday is still being detained.

A fourth man was released without charge.
