Thousands vaccinated against swine flu

Thousands of people across the country have already been given the swine flu vaccine, following the start of a nationwide immunisation programme.
The HSE is offering the vaccine to groups of people deemed to be more at risk from the H1-N1 virus - pregnant women, those with underlying and long-term medical conditions and those receiving treatment for cancer.
The majority of patients will be seen by their GPs, with others vaccinated at one of 45 special clinics set up by the HSE.
