A teenager who was being questioned about a petrol bomb attack on a house in Waterford which left three children in hospital, has been released without charge.

A teenager who was being questioned about a petrol bomb attack on a house in Waterford which left three children in hospital, has been released without charge.

The 17-year-old was released from custody in Waterford garda station last night and a file will be prepared for the DPP.

An 11-year-old girl and one-year-old and a three-month-old baby boys were all hospitalised following the attack on the house in Ardmore Park, Ballybeg, last Thursday night.

A 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with the fire.
