TCD students occupy library in protest over cuts

A group of around 80 Trinity students are occupying the university's library this evening in protest over cuts to the library's book-buying budget.

The college's student union says the library has cut its budget for buying books by 38% despite an increase in staff wages.

Almost 2,000 students and staff have also joined an online campaign against the cuts
