A group of TDs have announced their support for debts to be written off, both in Ireland and in Greece.
The Dail members are welcoming the proposal of a 'Debt Conference' by the Greek Syriza political party, to write off some of the country's loans.
It comes as Greece prepares for an election on Sunday - where Syriza are reported to be the most popular.
Earlier, the Taoiseach said the Government here wouldn't be looking for a similar move on Irish debts.
