Suspect device found in Shannon town centre
A suspect device has been found by gardaí in an unoccupied apartment in Shannon town centre.
The discovery was made shortly before 1pm. Army Bomb Disposal experts are on route to the scene.
The area surrounding the complex has been evacuated and a number of businesses have been forced to close.
