Plans for a rooftop cinema at St Stephens Green Shopping Centre in Dublin are to be scaled back.

A proposal to reduce the number of screens from 11 to nine has been lodged with the city council due to a change in the layout of the cinema.

Approval for the €10m facility was granted three years ago.
