St Patrick's Festival launches 2014 programme

This year's St. Patricks Festival is promising to make Irish history colourful.

The official programme has been launched today, despite criticism from the Lord Mayor that it doesn't cover much of Dublin's history.

But the festival has also launched an "I Love My City" programme as part of the festival which takes in the city's musical, cultural and food history.

This year's festival runs from March 14 -17.
