The Food Safety Authority of Ireland issued closure orders on seven restaurants and take-aways last month.
Roma Takeaway in Dromcollogher in Limerick, Express Fast Food in Donegal's Fintown and Meal Box on Dublin's Cork Street were all served closure notices.
Closure Orders were also issued to Stonehouse Restaurant in Tralee and both Kebab Bites and Fusion in Wexford, along with the takeaway Chinese and bakery food preparation units of Lime Leaf XL Shop in Renmore in Galway.
Separately, the HSE made two successful prosecutions on the Halfway House restaurant in Burnfoot and another on the Atlantic Bar in Buncrana in Co Donegal.
