A search for a man feared drowned after he fell into the sea off Co Clare is to resume today.
The man had been fishing with a friend from rocks near the lighthouse at Blackhead to the north of the county.
One of the men fell into the sea and his companion raised the alarm.
A major search involving the Doolin unit of the Irish Coast Guard and the Shannon-based rescue helicopter was called off for the night at about 6pm last night.
The search is due to resume today.
