The husband of Savita Halappanavar will today be given a draft report of the investigation into his wife's death.
Praveen Halappanavar will also be invited to make contributions and seek adjustments if he sees fit.
Savita Halappanavar was 17 weeks pregnant when she was admitted to University Hospital Galway on October 21 2012
The 31-year-old suffered a miscarriage and died from suspected blood poisoning a week later.
Her husband insists she was denied a termination after learning she was miscarrying.
The HSE inquiry set up in the wake of her death was tasked with identifying any shortcomings in her care.
And yesterday, the Health Minister James Reilly confirmed that Praveen Halappanavar will be given a draft of that report.
Reilly said he would be invited to have an input before it is published
James Reilly insists he has yet to see the draft report but says it will be brought to Cabinet once Praveen has had a chance to go through it.
