RSA warns drivers of black ice, flooding in Wicklow

The Road Safety Authority has reiterated its warning to motorists to take extreme care on the roads this morning.
Heavy rain and wintry conditions overnight have caused many roads around the country to become hazardous.
Heavy rain will affect most of the country today also while, sleet and snow is due to fall in Ulster and North Leinster.
Roads in the east of the country and in particular Co. Wicklow, are reported to be badly affected by flooding.
Anyone who is out driving is also being advised to be mindful of black ice.
