The HSE says the report into the Miss Y case remains ongoing and has not been completed.
In a statement issued Monday night, the executive says the team appointed to carry out the review is seeking to meet her and is in discussions with her legal representatives regarding the necessary arrangements to support her in providing her input into the report.
The HSE says any drafts which may be in circulation cannot be considered to present a full and final view of the work of the team.
